Just put the line on a "Doctor" init or medical building. Remember to execute the command in a global environment to make sure everyone gets the action. I added a doctor with an addAction which does exactly this. I have decided to do something immersive. OR in your case locally is enuff, since you only heal urself. This is necessary because I plan to run operations on my MP server alone late at night when nobody is around.
I know you can full heal another using a pak Is there anyway to make it possible to full heal yourself?
